Cynthia Hinkle is an experienced real estate broker who has called Bend home since 2003, when she relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area. She began her real estate career in 2007 and brings nearly two decades of local expertise to every client relationship, as well as tech-industry marketing and sales, giving her clients a strategic advantage when navigating the market.

Specializing in single family homes—particularly on Bend’s West Side—Cynthia combines deep local knowledge with a warm, client first approach. She loves helping buyers and sellers turn their residential dreams into reality and is known for making the process smooth, thoughtful, and stress free.

Cynthia is deeply rooted in the community as the mom of two teenage sons born at St. Charles Hospital.
